There does not seem to be any discussion about a file-based approach to saving configuration information in Drupal. Agaric comes to this conclusion after extensive Googling (see the keyword details of this post; by the way, I can confirm that word order matters when doing Google searches, even in the absence of quotation marks).
Timestamps matter for content you push to RSS, especially feeds that are picked up by an aggregator.
This is another Agaric lesson brought to you by real lifeTM experience. I started a blog post a week ago, saved it as an unpublished draft, and then finished it recently, published it, and added the "Drupal Planet" tag that is registered to get picked up by Drupal Planet. The post promptly appeared on page five or six of the aggregation pages with the week-old content!

I was talking about SCF and Drupal yesterday with someone I'm working with on another project, and he said he finds Drupal difficult to scale. He thinks that it's not capable of handling more than 100 users. If that's true, that would be a major concern for [our project]. What has been your experience regarding scaling issues with Drupal?
My first response to that was in internet-speak: LOL.
Then I recovered my professional self:
Biblio has rave reviews and is on its ninth beta release for Drupal 6.
It does not have Views 2 integration yet, which would be nice.
The questions are:
- Can CCK fields be added to biblio nodes such that they will they look integrated with biblio core qualities?
- If not, can Biblio be Views2-ized and will that make seamless presentation of CCK fields and Biblio attributes possible?

So as of version 1.0.0, Songbird does not respond to external requests to open playlists, nor by dragging and dropping it, nor any easy method.
Go to File » Import a Playlist... to take care of this basic task.
This is also the way to play live music streams in many cases– download the .pls file and import it through the file menu.
