Synching a new Webform with Salesforce

"Ensure all Webforms are exposed to Salesforce"

The form will be exposed to Salesforce module. Then go back to:

http://example.com/admin/logs/salesforce

Where the form will be listed as disabled:

Configure first, and then enable.

Click the configure link:

Note: This requires the re-worked Salesforce module, intended for release but different directions for the salesforce project on Drupal.org are currently being worked out. For now, it is attached below.
