Skype malfunction? Non-sensical claim of auto-recharge suspended
This was sent to the e-mail address for and appears to be for my personal account. I have the same $5.98 credit that i've had for months.

What can you do about it?
You can change your Auto-recharge payment details to an alternative payment method such as PayPal.See the different ways to pay for Skype products.
On our business account, we have a $4.10 credit (the formerly 1.95 Euro it charged for our subscription). That's what we get charged each month. Monthly limits are $700 and up. And we pay through a method which has no monthly limit at all. Yet it says this right on our account:

We are unable to Auto-recharge your Skype Credit balance as you have reached your monthly purchase limit using payment methods such as credit cards and PayPal. Auto-recharge has not been cancelled and will resume at the beginning of the next calendar month. You can top up your balance using alternative purchase methods.
