Setting up Eclipse PDT for Drupal development

Following various Eclipse development environment instructions

If you want to install Eclipse PDT also, follow the directions at that link. Only deviations and problems are noted below.

Target Management Service Discovery was only in TM and RSE 3.0, all the others were available in a 3.0.1 version.
