- Short paragraphs, bulleted lists.
- Menus to reach everything.
- Repeat links and anything important in center content.
- Repeat context.
- Simple navigation, including back/forward links (do not rely on browser).
"Simple navigation and clear content can help adults with limited literacy skills find, understand and use health information on a website." My guess is following these rules will help you with ALL your audience segments
