E-mail setup for MFPL in Thunderbird

Hi Ben - if you are getting a grey listing error when you hit the send
button in your mail client, then it most likely means that your mail
client is mis-configured (it's trying to send to port 25 instead of port
587 or it's not properly authenticating first).

If you are receiving a bounce message that has a greylisting error - that
it's something else altogether.

It seems Thunderbird 3 simply isn't capable of properly authenticating at MayFirst with port 587-- Apple Mail is working with what seems to be the same configuration. UPDATE: Finally got the magic set of configuration options.
