Drush integration. Other changes from 1.5 to 2.0 include:

New, more powerful templating system that also processes Netbeans templating variables.
The ability to find all implementations of a hook through Drush
A new and improved API tree window, complete with item search
Better parsing of custom libraries. The base library is used and your custom libraries now are merged into it
Integrated help through the NetBeans help system
