Amazon Will Not Re-try a Failed Payment to Kickstarter
UPDATE: This is not the big problem it appeared but rather a workflow / expectations / communication issue. After the message i complain about below from Amazon, came an automated message from kickstarter, with the instructions on how to re-try:

But the fact that my first impression is that there is no way to pay, and can waste time trying to pay through the e-mail Amazon sends, is still a customer service fail.
A payment to be made to fulfill a Kickstarter pledge failed, and there's nothing i can do to have the transaction re-tried. No idea why it failed, i guess i put in the credit (debit) card details months ago, and Amazon of course knows all my current, working card details because yes, i order things through them regularly. And i know for damn sure Amazon provides ways to try again when the money is going into their pocket. Kickstarter can, and really must, do better than this third-class-citizen Amazon system.
*Please, i want to pay this, and i see no chance to change payment details and try again.* I know i've been successfully ordering things through Amazon so please help me make good on the obligation to make this payment.
"Dispute cannot be created on a failed transaction." THEN WHAT THE HELL [DO I DO? <-- actually not enough characters in their form to write this.

im having the same problem
hi,
im having exactly the same problem.
since i dont know exactly when my kickstarter pledges will hit my card, its a bit hit and miss.
one of them failed cause there was not enough that particular day to cover it, which is normally fine i can transfer more and retry..
but WHERE IS THE RETRY ?
i have navigated all of the amazon site in the link to no avail.
i am trying to email them now but i think ill just get a cookie cutter response as you mention above.
anyone know what to do about this ?
