Ability to search terms in attachements

Hi, I cam across your site and I am keen to understand what the best approach to take in order to take advantage of the earch attachements / search files module, this functionality would be exptremely useful for my site, although there isn't much information around the steps to set this up.

Would it be possible for you to give some guidance on this please.
Many Thanks
Mohammed Mirza
