Mass emailing/deleting of the filtered users
Agaric only needs the smallest moral or financial push to make this a simple standalone capability.

More like this
- Super User Role Module
- Available role: A module for Drupal to allow users to choose which roles permitted to them they currently use
- Drupal registration e-mail done right: no sending password back to user
- Ask Agaric: Getting the E-mail Addresses of Your Site's Users
