Using Drush (experimental release) to add modules from outside a siteUsing Drush (experimental release) to add modules from outside a site

Searched words:
drush update
sudo ~/drush.experimental.6/drush.php -r /var/www/drupal-6-agaric-core/drupal pm install link
On sharing the command with an esteemed Agaric colleague, I realized that the instructions had to be tweaked slightly... for another person, even if run
on /our/ server... and the way that's written, *anywhere* on our server
'cept replace ~ with /home/ben/ or whatever my directory is
since that's where drush experimental is. It's in the official release of Drush now so you could install that in your own directory or somewhere more central and suitable
Resolution
More like this
- Testing out the new direction for Drush, which has seen the matrix and can now step outside of Drupal
- Drush notes from Moshe's lightning talk
- Drush unable to checkout from CVS error
- Trying to use Drush to install a theme... honey, we need to talk
- Weird error from SVN on use of site deployment script
