About the second topic of today chat

You will find in the joined document some ideas shaped through recent discussion with Jason , Ben( the main site developer), Christophe , Antonio martins, ( which does not imply they agree on all that is proposed here

the ideas here are trying to combine "easyness of use" and "support to the guiding principles of forum process" : horizontality ,decentralisation , accountability , intercommunication , bottom up process, equitative visibility

the orientation is the site is not just a posting board for action , but also a place for intercommunication
1-anyone willing only that a local initaiive be visible can do this easily, creating an action space , in a few clicks
2- if several people are interested and want to join , the action space can evolve into a collective dynamics with some accountability rules
3 the site also allows to create "the conneciton space" for intercommunication between the action spaces ( which brees horizontality and keep the international flavor or world social forumprocess)

There are two drawings in part 8 and 9 which are visible only in "window word " , but all the text and tables are otherwise visible
The development of the site will be done on a public platform ( Benjamin will give the info) so the discussion on the site will be hosted there
